Frequently asked questions

Answers for every part of the journey.

Whether you're a student, a parent, an administrator, or a funder, here's what people most often ask us about TAG² Synergy.

For Students

Who is TAG² Synergy for?

Every high school student exploring what comes next — whether that path leads to a four-year university, community college, trade school, an apprenticeship, the military, or straight into the workforce.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The PATH Program and the Scholarship Agent are free for students.

Do I have to know what I want to do already?

No. PATH is built around self-discovery first. We help you figure out who you are before we help you plan where you are going.

What is the Scholarship Agent?

A free AI guide that helps you discover scholarships, financial aid, and other funding sources matched to your plan, with clear next steps and deadlines.

For Parents

What does my student actually get?

A documented post-secondary plan, a personalized funding stack, and 30-day access to the Scholarship Agent. They leave with clarity, not just inspiration.

Is there anything for me as a parent?

Yes. Sign up for the free TAG Countdown newsletter to stay ahead of every scholarship, financial aid, and college application deadline.

How much time does PATH take?

Five focused sessions. Each one builds on the last, so by the end your student has a real plan, not a stack of homework.

Do you only serve students going to four-year colleges?

No. We support every pathway — including trade school, apprenticeships, community college, the military, and going straight to work.

For Administrators and Funders

Who runs TAG² Synergy?

Founded by Tracy Guidry, an Armijo High School graduate, college graduate, and Healthcare and Change Management leader. TAG² is rooted in the Bay Area and built for every student on every pathway.

How do you measure outcomes?

Every PATH student leaves with a documented post-secondary plan and a personalized funding stack. We track plan completion, funding identified, and post-program enrollment or placement.

Can our school or district partner with TAG²?

Yes. We partner with schools, districts, and community organizations to bring PATH to their students. Reach out at info@tag2synergy.com to start the conversation.

How can funders get involved?

Funders make this work free for students. We welcome philanthropic partners, sponsors of cohorts, and underwriters of the Scholarship Agent. Email info@tag2synergy.com for current opportunities.
