TAG² Synergy is a structured five-phase college and career readiness program built on a proprietary methodology called P.A.T.H.: Profile, Assess, Tally, Hatch. Every student who completes PATH leaves with a documented post-secondary plan, a personalized funding stack, and 30-day access to our AI-powered Scholarship Agent. The program is free, community-rooted, and built for every pathway, not just college.
